We can manage your holiday rental property for you.
We have extensive knowledge of, and contacts in, the East Neuk of Fife and can offer you an exceptional standard of attention which will result in quality guest reviews and more business for your property.

We do this while offering competitive, affordable – and tax deductible – rates.
No annual fee
We have no annual fee and we do not tie you into any contract.
What we offer
We will agree all charges with you upfront and we consider our company to be particularly strong on both the maintenance and rental aspects of management.
We offer first class customer service and are always open to suggestions from you – the property owner – on how to improve what we do.
In turn we promise to use our long experience of the holiday home business (we are East Neuk holiday home owners ourselves) to suggest ways to maintain your asset and make it more appealing to prospective customers.
Please feel free to ask for an inspection of one of our own properties in order to see the standards which we set for ourselves.
Management fee, for each booking secured
The cost of this full management package is 15% of each booking secured.
Included in this price is:
- a full holiday home advice service.
- referrals for specialist holiday home insurance, fire and gas safety requirements.
- other legal requirements to ensure that you the property owner are protected.
We care about maintenance and manage all aspects of property maintenance in-house.

Managing the maintenance of your property for you leaves you free to enjoy your ownership whilst knowing that the more burdensome aspects of property management are taken care of.
We encourage our owners to keep their properties maintained, both from the point of rentable value and upkeep of their capital asset.
We advertise on Trip Advisor (holiday lettings), our own website and social media, to ensure wide coverage.
Booking and payments
We handle all enquiries, booking and payment.
We organise changeover and presentation of your property for new guests.
We will be the key holder and first point of contact for property access.
We will be the 24 hour/7 days a week emergency contact for your property.
We will carry out interim inspections of your property, e.g. during the winter months.
