This is the 6th year of Largo Arts Week, running over 9 days we have 52 Artists providing work across a range of Art, Crafts, Sculpture, Photography & more.

Across the villages we have 33 studios plus a range of Hotels, Pubs & Cafes providing refreshments, food & more.

Painting Competitions, Story Telling, Talks, Comedy, Family Activities, Quiz Nights, Children’s Events & more. Largo Arts continues to showcase an eclectic range of artistic talent from the villages.

Artist Studios Open 10am to 5pm Everyday


St Andrews Highland Games

Come and join us for the St Andrews Highland Games on Sunday 27th July and experience the best of Scotland with a day out at this traditional Highland Games.

On the day you will find:
Traditional heavyweight highland games including the crowd favourites such as tossing the caber, weight over the bar, and the heavy hammer.
Competitive Highland Dancing
Solo Bagpipe competition
City of St Andrews Pipe Band
Tug of War
Running races
Cycling races
Kids Race
Fun fair with bouncy castle
Trade stands
A selection of catering vans

And a fun, friendly atmosphere for all of the family!

Burntisland Highland Games

Burntisland is the second oldest Highland Games in the world, dating all the way back to 1652.

It’s still going strong and today you can watch traditional events including the Pipe Band, Highland dancing, heavy events, running and cycling.

Right next to the Games arena is the funfair and beach – all you need for a great day out.


Beat The Drum - The Runrig Experience

16th July - 8pm til 10pm
Crail Community Hall, Crail

Beat The Drum is a professional tribute band that plays homage to the Scottish Celtic Rock band ‘Runrig’.

 

It’s time to relive countless Runrig Anthems, including Loch Lomond, Rocket To The Moon, Every River, Greatest Flame, Hearts of Olden Glory and more, as part of the brand new ‘Runrig Experience’.


King Creosote

Tuesday 22nd July 2025

Since the mid-late 1990s, Kenny Anderson’s DIY pop alter-ego King Creosote has released over 100 records (at a relatively conservative guess), and his songs have been covered and performed by artists including Simple Minds and Patti Smith.
