From here, you can watch the boats coming in to land their catch and might even spot the resident harbour seal, Sammy. The upper level has two further double bedrooms, on with harbour views and one which has an outlook over rooftops to the clock tower. The fourth bedroom is a sea view twin room. A large bathroom with shower over bath and a separate shower room completes the accommodation.

There are several world-famous golf courses in close reach and miles of unspoilt coastal path. St Andrews is ten miles away, Edinburgh one hour, making this a great base for exploring further afield.
