The first-floor apartment is spacious and well equipped for a self-catering stay for up to four guests. Both double bedrooms have plenty of storage and comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep, and the master bedroom has a modern en suite shower room.

The dual aspect lounge is a homely space to relax in and has a dining area for enjoying home cooked meals or takeaway fish and chips! The kitchen is well stocked for self-catering guests to experiment with some of the lovely local produce from the fish merchant just around the corner or Ardross farm shop just a few miles away.

There is an allocated off-street parking space and access to the communal garden where you will find a rotary dryer, particularly handy if you’ve braved a dip in one of the local tidal pools and have swimsuits and wetsuits to dry off!

The East Neuk has long been a popular holiday destination, with the excellent selection of food and local produce, vibrant arts and music scene, idyllic coastal location and beautiful scenery. St Andrews is a 20-minute drive, Edinburgh 1 hour so it is also ideal if you want to incorporate a day trip into your plans.
