Sand & Sea Cottage is a traditional cottage within the beautiful coastal village, Crail. Wooden floors, fireplaces and spacious rooms combine with modern taste and style to provide a homely, well equipped destination for your East Neuk break.

Generously proportioned, the character of the building remains and is enhanced by the addition of modern amenities. The entrance hallway has plenty storage space for golf clubs, fishing nets and sandy shoes!

A fully fitted dining kitchen leads onto the courtyard where you can enjoy some al fresco dining or a barbecue. The lounge has comfortable leather couches surrounding the fireplace—perfect for the cooler evenings. There’s a stock of family games and DVDs to provide entertainment all year round.

Upstairs is a large double bedroom with feature fireplace and TV. The second bedroom is an extremely spacious family room which has a double bed and set of bunk beds. Up to six guests can comfortably be accommodated, and it is suited to all ages and groups. The family bathroom completes the upstairs level, with a shower over the bath.
