A set of stairs leads down to the enclosed courtyard and a further set of stairs lead to the raised terrace. As well as an astroturf lawn area, there is a spacious deck with quality outdoor furniture and barbecue area. The garage is reached from here, offering off street parking for two vehicles and ample space for walking boots, bikes and even paddleboards if you fancy trying some watersports at the local tidal pools or beaches.
